This Israeli-Canadian start-up has developed a new and efficient application for planning trips using a CUI-based platform (conversational user interface) with a Chatbot.

Among its other capabilities, the application facilitates trips with multiple participants, itineraries covering multiple cities, insertion of changes following a completed order, and a list of hotels personally suited to users.
The application permits travelers full control; all they need to do is to type in or speak about their travel plans into any connected device.

Our challenge in this project was to create a convenient and easy user experience for an application with multiple options and vast information.
Over the past two years we've worked in close cooperation with the company's team, functioning as full partners in creating an advanced, groundbreaking product and planning and designing the application for all platforms including Android, IOS and iPad versions.

At its basis the application was designed and planned based on IOS.
The native environment design permits access to all of the device's capabilities, using a cutting edge UI and generating an ultimate user experience.
Simultaneously, we developed a Material Design-based Android version.

We developed a unique illustration language, integrated into the application's different screens and in different design aspects of the products, such as marketing.  

Designing the application for iPads required UI planning different than the mobile version including higher resolution.  Here, as well, the design was for a native environment with consideration for the touch interface.

The telecom startup turned to us in order to improve the purchasing process via its application, which was awkward and suffered from poor accessibility.
After performing in-depth research, we planned and designed a section of the website that combines information on different types of subscriber plans with a clear and lucid purchasing process. We succeeded in improving a specific stage of the process where potential customers had encountered problems in purchasing subscriptions to the application.

UX design for Bezalel archives

The robot, which was planned by the outstanding team at Intuition Robotics, uses body language to express emotions and features a conversation user interface, dynamic lighting and photos.

The robot, with its integrated tender expressions, generates a connection that feels 'natural' to its owner.

In order to impart the robot with human expression, the customer asked us to produce 20 facial expressions that generate a 'natural' feel using a line of 12 LED lights-thus turning the robot into a 'friend'.

Here are four of the expressions we designed from the many we submitted.

This Israeli start-up has developed a friendly, AI-based robot for helping the elderly remain active and stay in touch with family members. This is done using multiple technologies such as videoconferences, online games and social media.

A unique e-commerce website that caters to urban fashion for a young audience.
Aside from serving as a platform for purchases, the website serves as an arena for the artistic activity of writers and creators.
For four years we've accompanied this young and perky brand, starting from branding, planning and designing the website (desktop and mobile), to writing microcopy, preparing graphic materials for brand marketing on social networks and producing video clips.
We assisted the company in developing a loyal community of buyers and readers who return to the site again and again for repeat purchases and viewing uploaded content.

The customer contacted us in order to design the user interface for the robot's attached iPad software.  Prior to starting, we needed to explore the significance of various design aspects for an elderly population. Thus we developed a special graphic language and user experience tailored to the target population and an interface to accommodate various abilities and limitations, with strong emphasis on voice-activated commands. The clean design and simple interface is natural, intuitive and easily accessible for users who typically flinch from technology.

A start-up that developed a new, rapid and convenient system for trading and converting digital currency.
Aside from the option of converting any currency, the system permits the use of a digital wallet and API interfaces for payment in any currency.

We were asked by the customer to specify and design a Cryptocurrency Dashboard for purchasing and selling virtual coins.  After thoroughly researching the field we specified and designed a Dashboard.

Volkswagen's official importer in Israel, Champion Motors, turned to us to help them with customer retention.  The goal of the project was to find a way to get owners of Volkswagen vehicles to remain in contact with the dealer after the purchase, and establish a Volkswagen community.

After brainstorming ideas and developing a marketing strategy, we planned and defined specifications for a unique platform for vehicle owners.  The platform includes components that interface with the vehicle as well as various tools for overseeing the vehicle's maintenance and collecting information on the vehicle's performance.  Among other things the platform includes components that issue service alerts, display recent trips, send updates and more.

Samline, the main importer of Samsung products in Israel, decided to set up a website that combines a product catalogue with an online support center.
The goal was to create a modern and contemporary website with a solidly technological vibe. The challenge was to plan a simple and convenient support center that affords customers easy access to the information they need-this despite multiple categories and products.

We designed a website that conveys technology and serves as an advanced marketing tool while supporting the brand's unique values.
In order to respond to the need for online customer support we developed and designed a smart Service Wizard that responds swiftly and easily to customer requests.
